Mr. Feldman is a
native of Cranston, Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Cranston High School East, Brown
University, and Suffolk University School of Law. He is a member of the Bars in States of
Rhode Island (1975) and Massachusetts (1976).
He is a member of
the Bar of the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island and Massachusetts,
and also the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, First Circuit and the United States
Supreme Court.
Mr. Feldman was a
partner in the firm of Chisholm & Feldman prior to his employment at Bruzzese Law
Group.
He is a member of
the Rhode Island Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. Within the Rhode Island
Bar Association, he has served on the Ethics Committee, Committee on Paralegals and the
Committee on Workers' Compensation. He has been trial counsel for cases in the workers'
compensation court, Rhode Island Superior Court, Rhode Island District Court, Rhode Island
Family Court, the United States Office of Hearings and Appeals, and the State of Rhode
Island Board of Review. He has also appeared before the Rhode Island Supreme Court. During
the past fifteen years, he has concentrated his practice in all phases of workers'
compensation claims, representing employers and insurers.
He has attended
many seminars presented by the Rhode Island Bar Association, the International Association
of Industrial Accident Boards & Commissions and the American Society of Law and
Medicine.
Mr. Feldman
maintains his office with the Bruzzese Law Group, Inc. in Warwick, Rhode Island.
The Rhode Island
Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The court does not
license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of practice.
